BFPCC COVID 19 Office Policy Update

Covid-19 has temporarily changed our work day, but it hasn't changed our commitment to helping you reach your financial goals. Please know we are thinking of you and urge you to abide by the measures in place to keep your health and well-being safe.

At BFPCC, we are committed to creating lasting, positive impact for our associates, our clients and our communities. Right now that means we need to take some steps for the greater good. Your health and well-being is Beacon Financial Planning of Cape Cod's #1 priority.

I wanted to take this opportunity to communicate our updated office policy during this time. This policy is temporary until the risks of Coronavirus transmission have been reduced to a point where social activity and normal life can resume.

Starting today and for the foreseeable future, this office is implementing the following:

-          All scheduled meetings will now take place remotely. We are grateful to have the existing technology in place so we can adapt and stay connected with you. If you have something scheduled, Alina will reach out with the ScreenMeet details to "meet" virtually. If you prefer to reschedule your appointment for a later date, please let us know.

-          Our office is not accepting any visitors. We are only accepting and sending client documents via mail or secure email. 

-          If possible, we would prefer that clients contact us via email and we will have a team member follow-up with you within 1 business day. 

In efforts to "flatten the curve," our team of associates are here this morning to gather what they need and will begin to work remotely. We will continue to be open and operate, just remotely. We are planners so we have a plan in place for Black Swan events like we are currently experiencing.

We apologize for the inconvenience and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. We are here for you and happy to help.
