Kate DiMascolo Financial Advisor
Kate DiMascolo is a Financial Advisor who brings more than 17 years of experience in the financial services industry to Beacon Financial Planning. She joined Beacon in July 2026 after spending 14 years with Merrill Lynch and three years as an Investment Executive with Cape & Coast Bank. Kate takes a client-centered approach to financial planning, taking the time to understand each client’s unique needs, goals, and priorities. She believes that financial advice should be personal and focused on helping clients make informed decisions that support the life they want to live.
Kate was a dean's list student at Salve Regina University where she earned her Bachelor's degree, and she is currently pursuing the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. In addition to working directly with clients, she serves as a member of Beacon’s Investment Committee.
Originally from Melrose, Kate now lives in East Sandwich with her partner, Matt, and their five teenage children. She enjoys supporting their various hobbies and spending summer days driving out to Sandy Neck Beach. Her family also spends time at their vacation home in New London, New Hampshire which gives them access to the ski slopes and lake life.
Outside of Beacon, Kate is passionate about giving back. She volunteers regularly in her community and serves as a Big Sister. In 2015, Kate donated the majority of her liver to her mother and has volunteered with New England Donor Services ever since. Her experience has deepened her appreciation for the impact that generosity and selflessness can have on another person’s life.
