Kayla Dasilva
Kayla joined the Beacon team in October 2025. Born and raised on Cape Cod, she began her career path at Cape Cod Regional Technical High School, where she studied Dental Assisting. After completing the program, she earned her Massachusetts Dental Assisting license and became a Specialized Orthodontic Assistant. With over 18 years of experience working with the public, Kayla brings a strong background in customer service and team support to her role as Office Manager.
Her approach is rooted in professionalism, clear communication, and a commitment to creating a positive, efficient work environment. Kayla’s professional experience has equipped her with the skills to foster strong relationships, manage daily operations effectively, and support both staff and clients with care and attention to detail. She takes pride in being dependable and adaptable - qualities she brings to every aspect of her personal and professional life.
She is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration at Cape Cod Community College, further strengthening her expertise in organizational management, leadership, and business operations.
Kayla lives in West Yarmouth with her husband, AJ, and their children. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, Zoey, cooking, attending live music events, and embracing spontaneous adventures.
